The fourth edition of the festival heralds a new era in the annals of great carnivals. The fusion of technology with culture has remained a misty dream for long. Now, the veil is off and the dream has become a reality. Three days of unparalleled celebrations await us. Come March, the Gujarati soil will witness history in the making as students from all over India converge in DA-IICT to join the grandest of parties. Who says technocrats can't have fun? The cultural ambience and the technological grandeur shall dazzle one and all. The machines walk free as the humans jive. The platter is full with all-round music, quizzes, competitions, dance, theatrics, programming, byte-baiting and much, much more....
and yes! There are the special guests who shall enthrall with their speeches and performances!

HOSPITALITY
Synapse 2007 looks forward to provide a warm hospitality to the participants during their visit to the campus. Please contact
the accommodation desk on arrival. Our people at assistance desks would be glad to help you out.
+ How to reach DA-IICT
DA-IICT, Gandhinagar is about 25 Kms from Ahmedabad Railway station.
It is situated off the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway besides the InfoCity.
There would be a help desk at Ahmedabad Railway Station for the help of participants/visitors.
There is a good network of buses from Geeta Mandir ST Bus Stand and Ahmedabad Railway Station to Gandhinagar. Board the Bus
for GH-0, the fare would be around Rs 13/-.
DA-IICT is 500m from GH-0. You may hire an Auto Rickshaw from GH-0 to DA-IICT @Rs 10/-.
Synapse would arrange for a bus service by from Ahmedabad Railway station to DA-IICT at regular interval. Details about the
same would be available to you at the Railway Station help desk.
+ Accommodation Policy
The duration of the accommodation would be from 8th noon to 12th noon
The rooms will be available on shared basis and would be issued on the submission of the accommodation form at the
accommodation desk.
Particpants will be provided accomodation at nominal price.
Every resident would be equally liable for the damage to the room
Those who are carrying their CPU, laptop or any electronic gadgets will have to provide that information during their
registration time.
You are the sole responsible for your belongings.
Special Security will be provided to the female participants who will be given accomodation inside the womens hall of
residence and are expected to abide by the rules of the women's hall of residence.
All participants are expected to abide by the rules of DA-IICT, failing which they may be heavily fined and asked to leave
the festival.
+ Food
The institute has a cafeteria along with 5 fully-fledged food courts in the campus plus a Monginis Bakery. Food stalls would
also be put up in the campus during the festival. These will be running catering to your needs at a nominal charge. Detailed
information about the same will be available at accommodation desk.
NOTE: SMOKING AND DRINKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE CAMPUS.
